A complete line of precision AIM CNC coilers are available for in line spring coiling and testing. Springs are delivered from a CNC Coiler to a rotary spring processing unit which features spring stress relief, load check, length check and part sorting. Springs are typically delivered to point of assembly using pneumatic blow tubes; however, other methods of placement such as grippers can be provided. Spring coiling and testing systems are completely tooled, programmed, tested and approved by customers prior to shipment. Our state-of-the-art equipment offers the latest machine tool technologies including PC controls, Windows-based software, industrial touch screens and machine/part homing sequences.
