Powered wire payoffs are available for delivering wire uniformly and safely to our CNC spring coiling equipment. High tensile spring steel wire diameters between 0.006” and 0.375” in a variety of material packaging configurations can be handled. Our powered wire payoffs use a rotary potentiometer to control wire feed so as the coiler demands more wire the payoff runs faster delivering wire at near constant tension.
